    Report: Whats up with the lack of reports here? I know people have been fishin the lake I've seen them! Perhaps no one is actually landing any fish?
    Not true. A local boy landed a 14 3/4 lb fat large mouth there about 4 weeks back! on hand poured worms I think he said. His picture of the fish made our local rags!

    Report: Manage 5 nice fish 2-4lbs. Cauhgt all fish shallow on B-hogs and senko's. Water very clear so we had to make long pitches to structure. Tried to sight fish a couple 7& 8 lbers. but got spooked. They are starting bed and should be good the next full moon. Goodluck!

    Report: Started the day out trolling or trout rom boat docks to the dam, picked up two on each pass. We trolled shallow with spoons & worms. They liked the spoons. Hed breakast brought to us by Mom, "Thanks Mom!" Got bored with the trout thing so we pulled out the ly rods and had un with the bluies and hassled some bass. Water temp is still to low or a good bass bite, but the other ishing will keep you busy. Lot's -o- spooners.

    Report: Started ishing at about 8am trying the small coves. I originally planned ishing or bluegills but no bites. While trying one cove, I spotted a bass and decided to try to get it to bite. Threw everything at it or over an hour but no bites. When I thought it got spooked and swam away, it just kept coming back to the same spot, sometimes with a ew riends. Zilch or the day but the weather was nice and sunny.

    Tips: Bass seem interested in the senko I threw but wouldn't bite.

    Report: Made the season opener, was on the lake by 6:15am. Tried or bass or irst ew hrs, buddy landed a nice 2.8lbs'er on custom colored mop-top. (it sat next to some pink worms too long!) anyhow, it did the trick once. It was the only bass between us all day.Went or trout when moving between sopts and landed 3 not even trying. I hooked up a nice hold-over on my ultra-lite trolling a roostertail shawllow. Water is very clear,and level is ull, still cool. Every rental boat was used, the lake was busy! Saw bass, cruising the shores line but they wern't interested in anything I was tossing at them. Loch Lomond Lok-jaw's!

    Report: went sat 7/27 & sun 7/28. Caught nice LM 2+ lbs on popper, missed a second nice one on the same popper. Fished the rest o the day trying everything - spinners, cranks, jigs, all color worms...no other bites. There are plenty o bluegill to pass the time. Sun was a lot o no bites ishing a lot o the coves. The lake looks like a bass heaven...wonder where they are?

    Tips: Water is warm...caught the only bass on top water.

    Report: I went up on 6-12 and within 10 minutes I caught a 4 pound largemouth on a jig.The bluegill must be spawning because they hit your bait everytime it hits the water. My girlriend and I went 3 hrs without a bite until I pitched my jig between some tules and there she was.Ater a good ight and taking her to the marina she weighed 7.6,and was ull o eggs, What a ish.Tooks pictures and released her.Went back out and my girlriend caught two good quality ish in the 2to3 pnd. range.

    Report: Water was real murky looking. Went ishing with 2 other guys, we came home with 5 Trout total, all on Green Power Bait at Cunningham Cove. The lake is loaded with Sunish. This lake is so pretty!

    Report: The lake was closed Thurs & Fri or algeatreatment. There was still copper sulphateloating on the water. We started out by the boat docks limiting out with worms catching planters, we dropped live crawlwers down to the thermal and bam. Then, about 9am we headed around the lake casting or BASS.Tough day or bass, only landed 2. First was a 2lber, Second was a 4.2 lber. We tried all patterns,(spinners,jigs,cranks,jerks,popers,drop shot....)Caught the 4lber on a pumpkin/green 5"senko weightless with a 3/0 ewg gama hook.The other bass was on a 6" watermelon wormcarolina rigged. This Lake is beautiul.No gas motors allowed. They rent row boatsor $5.00 per hour,(bring your trolling motor and battery).Nice break or the other area lakes that are polluted with annoyingskiers,jet skies,skim boards and those idiots with thier 1000 watt stereo's blastingwhile they cruise around the lake.

    Report: Casting jigs to visible cover on the bank.Caught 2 at largemouth within the irst 2 hours.Water very clear and it was easy to see any late spawners or cruisers up shallow. I saw a ish cruising in the 4 to 5 pound range. At 11:00am I caught a 6 1/2 pounder on a green Senko casting parallel to the bank. Most likely a bed ish because I didn't eel her pick it up, I just saw my line moving out to deep water.I couldn't get any more ish to bite once it hit noon.Really enjoy ishing the lake when I come to visit my amily.Great lake but I wish they still rented boats with trolling motors.

    Report: Did the opener today. Very windy but managed two bass beore 8:00am- First ish was 3.1lb and second was a beautiul 5.9lb. Missed several others. Both ish realeased ater a quick photo. There were trout everywhere-had a hard time keeping them o the plugs.

    Report: We caught about 100 crappies, but released them except 2 blue gills which were about 10"/ also nailed a 3lb. bass in a cove under some trees.Great ishing day.

    Report: wanted to ish calero on the holiday monday, but i knew that place was going to be packed with water skiers, so headed up to Loch Lomond, havent ished here in a while, but because o all the trout ishing hardly anyone was ishing or bass. I caught a total o 15 bass all in the pound range with the biggest going 3 pushing our. Fish seemed to have been everywhere, caught them on steep drop os in 15 to 20 eet and as shallow as a oot. Texas rigged Manns dragon in the green color, tossed the water senko but was getting short strikes, but the dragon got them. Hey i your looking or reuge rom jet skiers at calero and anderson, give the loch a try. Rangers told me some one caugt a 9 pounder later in the week so well see i this is a bassin lake.

    Report: Where have all the bass gone? I ished early season, spring, late spring, and last week with NO bass. I score everywhere else but on this lake. We're killin' the trout with lashers and/or crawlers, ever lures (needleish), but ater hours o work on the bass. Where are you bass?
