Report: My drunken' friend, look at Zack's other posts and responses. He IS and idiot. Makes no sense and looks forward to this type of forum. You must be as stupid as him for defending him. Good luck on your fishing, if you follow his tips and advise, you will be just as "lucky" as Zack. Tight lines eh?

Report: Actually this report is or Lake Sawyer, but no listing so I'll try this.Hit the water at 6:15 with Cultiva topwater walking bait. 2nd cast yielded a 3.5 lb LM just about 75' south o the launch. Caught another 1 lbr about 100" urther and then the topwater bite died. Fished docks on the east side o the lake with Senkos (Olive Blk Flake) & (Blue Pearl) caught two more around 2.5 lbs and lost one who wrapped me around a piling. Saw a large 6 plus under a dock and tried hal the tacklebox or about 40 minutes She got interested in a pumpkinseed rench ry but that was it. Fishing turned o at 11 when the ski-boats and jet-skiis started running. Not a bad morning at all or the 1st time this year on this lake.

Report: Went on a camping trip with some friends and we fished just a little during the day. Fishing was not great, but I did catch one nice smallie dropshotting a 4" Keeper worm in oxblood in maybe 10 ft of water. I was using 8-pound test but I'll bet 6 lb line would have helped a good bit. This water is really clear and casting away from the boat is a must.
      City: Sacramento

Tips: Light line, don't get right over the fish.

Report: Just so you know, I work there and I look or I am on the lake every day. Don't orget your pass! LOLStill murky.Whiskey creek is a little clearer with vivibility at 4', Clear Creek is very muddy rom the inlet to Oak Bottom, with debri everywhere..(visibilty 2')Ponds are also murky with no results using everything.
      City: Redding

Tips: Be careul while boating, concact with sub surace debris are likely and one ramp at Whiskey creek is non operational, the rest are useable. Most debris are located at Oak Bottom and toward Clear Creek arm.Fish are stirred with some suracing but most are running 60-150'Watch out or the Eagle closure near the dam and good luck!
