What is your favorite sent and why?????

Want to hear about your favorite sents. I have always loved HOTSAUCE gel. Sticks good and fish like it. I have switched to PROCURE the past year and have had good luck with that to.

Before I never really belived in sent. I never really thought it made a difference. I thought that the only thing scent really did was just have the fish hang on to the bait a little bit longer because it felt more natural to them. Then I tried out pro-cure. Mainly on my swimbaits. I tried one swimbait for about 30minutes with no hits on it. I put on the pro-cure and with in the first 5casts got WHACKED. I missed the fish because he hit it so violently the tail came up and over the top jig hook and prevented any kind of hook set. Then up in Shasta for the FLW Stren Series I was draggin a RoboWorm. I was catching fish with out the scent but when I put the scent on I started catching bigger fish. And consistantly they were bigger then my boaters. Now it could have just been the color or type of presentation that I was giving these fish that caught me the better quality of fish but I think it was the scent. I am not affiliated with Pro Cure other then I belive in their product. I hope this helps!

So, with the pro cure scents, they are made with the actual bait it is supposed to represent.

IE: worm has night crawlers and shad has of course shad...


So, what is the B#TT juice made out of?

I put procure on my jig today for the first time. I had 3 fish n the boat 2 quick releases. 2 back seaters never got bit.

Procure. But i put it on my hands to mask my sent. Every now and agen I will put a dab on my baits.....

humm I actually use two different Scents, the Bang and Mega strike. The mega strike stays on softplastics and slowly releases and the BANG quickly releases.

There are times where scents dont make a difference but other times when i feel that with the scent, I can get the fish to hold onto my jig for just a few seconds longer...and I need all the help that I can get.

Pro-Cure is my #1 scent, with Smelly Jelly right on it's rear. They just work. Smelly jelly tastes better on your fingers and sandwich however. Bill K

I like megastrike. I've been using it since it came out and never looked back. Ive whacked em in all sorts of conditions using the stuff it has not let me down. I fished a tournament where I proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was the scent! Boater was using a different set up than I was but switched to match once I had a limit he still wasn't getting a bite while I was culling I offered him some megastrike he said he didnt believe in scents. Two or Three fish later for me he broke down and decided to use some.....he too quickly rounded out his limit. I put the stuff on my hands dropshot worms, c rigs, t rigs, jigs, ripbaits.... everything except topwater. I use bang for that because I like the oil sheen it leaves behind!

speaking of scents, sorry i am kind of jackin the thread but i am tryin to figure this out. I need some trout scent pro cure for my huds and bbz but i am not sure witch one to get the trophy trout or the trout scent. i know that one is supost to attract trout and one is supost to attract bass wich one is for the bass i cannot seem to get a strait answer i have had people say different things even some big local tackle shop owners. I thought the trophy trout was for catching trout and the trout scent was for bass any help would be great thanks in advance

The Trophy Bass sent is what you want.. My Favorite sent is the bait right out of the pack. If it makes you feel better then use it. I have still done just as well or better without sent then with. I also don't think it hurts using it.

I don't like to use Bang - Especially in someone elses boat ..... Freaks me out how easy that stuff canleave oily stains.

the one I love and the one I use for T are different...I love smelly jelly in Bass feast....man o man

but during a T i use Bang faster and works well...no one complains lol!!

I'm going to try Pro cure and had good results with lunker sauce

Dan I knew there was something odd about your sandwich's. And you told me it was just mustard and mayonase
