I like using a dobyns champion 733 or 734 with a shimano curado I reel spooled with 60lb sunline braid.

Powell 735 Heavy, Curado 7.1, and 65lb braid. This bait is heavy coming back in the water and it has a big hook. I prefer the heavy set up for this particular bait. A 4 power rod with the same reel and 30lb braid works well for single blade models.
