Hi, Tshombe with Navionics here! With the Lowrance Gen 1, Gen 2, and Gen 2 Touch, you can view any SonarChart that has been recorded and uploaded to Navionics.com! SonarCharts are created with community sourced sonar logs and even though we can't use recordings from Navico (Lowrance & Simrad) units, if you have a Navico unit, you certainly can benefit from the community! Update your HotMaps Platinum, Platinum +, or the "NEW" Navionics + or Navionics Update and see for yourself! After you update your card with the Freshest Data, here's how you find SonarCharts on your Lowrance units: GEN 2 & GEN 2 Touch - With your Navionics card in the unit, go to MENU>CHART OPTIONS>VIEW>FISH N CHIP. GEN 1 - MENU>CHART OPTIONS>FISH N CHIP...and Enjoy!! Here are a couple of links to see some screen screen shots!
