What was the purpose of the stump in the tank? I guess it was there for somebody to show a snagless lure, but from what I saw it was a hinderance to the other guys putting on demos. Randy Pringle got a bait caught on it and a guy watching got it loose for him. Later Alan Fong got an Alabama rig caught on it and my son got it loose for him. Then a later at the fly casting pond a lady got a fly without a hook caught in a tree set up next to her. This was Thursday, so maybe things improved later. Also it looked like the bass were crowded....how many were there 40 or 50? It seems 8 or 10 would've been enough.
Great show though, had a great time, lots of people, neat stuff, and I dropped a few bucks.
