Never argue with an idiot; He'll beat you to death with stupidity.
I AM NOT SAYING THERE SHOULD BE CAPITAL PUNISHMENT FOR STUPIDITY,
BUT, WHY DON'T WE JUST TAKE THE SAFETY LABELS OFF OF EVERYTHING
AND LET THE PROBLEM SOLVE ITSELF?"

I used to only run Amsoil and always Ringfree. Got a new VMAX SHO and still run Ringfree and Stabil in every tank. Glad I dont have to add oil though.

You must remember that all oil is the same basic formula, to begin with. But then the companys add their blend of additives and that is what makes them different, other than the full synthetic. However it is up to you and your budget what which brand you use ( I believe in staying with one of the main outboard engines oils). But always add Seaform, quickclean or that type of a carbon buster to the oil/fuel mix or fuel in your boat. It will save you much trouble and problems with carbon
buildup. Bill K :)

I run cheap oil, and rearely use quickleen, "maybe" about 25% of the time. Mine looks nothing like that. Looks like it wasnt just a matter of "oil used" to me. My 02.
