Deep Jig bite is ON!!!!!!

Not a lot of fish the past week, but the bites we're getting are giants! This is the forth one over 9 in the past 8 days. Not quite as big as the 9.39 I weighed at the ABA Saturday, but this came in at a solid 9.22! Caught on the ole Wadda Brown 1/2 Jig with Bohog Olive pork in about 16 feet of water on a deep ledge along a levee rock wall.

We're also starting ta see a few of the 4-5 pound chunks roaming the shallow, rocky flats, caught four like this one today on the new Wadda DragonFly with black/blue Bohog pork.

Keep the videos coming on WB.tv it helps us to become better fisherman. I'd hate to have to give up my custom Valco "BASSBUSTER1", but it sure would be nice to get a larger boat some day to increase my travel range. The farthest I've gone is White Sluogh, but it was an all day fishing trip for me.
