St Croix rod custom name ingraving?

I was wanting to order one of those pink St. Croix avid rods so the wife will go fishin with me. I was told you can have a name ingraved on it. Is this true and how do I go about doing it?

Id say to just buy the rod and then take it to Last Chance bait and tackle and have Megan write your wifes name on it.
It will come out great and look completely custom.

I'm on the St. Croix Pro Staff and all my rods come with my name on them. They say handcrafted for ( your name). I'm not sure how you request this but they do do it.

For archive purposes any others that may apply, I purchased the rod and the hand painted personalized message is only a $9.95 additional fee and I should have it in a week to a week and a halfs time. I will post pics of the rod when it arrives.
