Night tournament at Irvine lake on saturday

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a barbaque and a tournament at Irvine lake this saturday from 2 to 10PM. You can contact Jimmy at the lake for more info.

Just to let people know the lake is going to be closed for the tournament so you shouldn't have to fight the catfish fisherman.

Let me be the first to predict it. 15lbs will win it and big fish will be about 5lbs. Other then my TOAD early in the week every single fish is about the same size with a few exceptions here and there. Im not an expert i just fish there 3 days a week

I think 17 and change with 7 lb big fish. lots of 11 and 12 lb bags. A couple of my friends are fishing it. They should really do one at the Pudd though, it is a night lake.

Mark is a well known Irvine Lake rat. I have seen him there many many times.

I am with you on that. My mom was visiting a few weeks ago and we went there to fish for bass. When they rang us up and told me the total, I told them we did not need a guide. $20 per head to catch and release is a joke! Sorry in advance if this bums anyones day, but that is my opinion.
