For me it’s all the tournament results and the odd news stories from the Midwest and back east. I fish some tourneys but there is a forum for tournaments. I wish it would stay there, too much clutter on one forum. I’ve sent PM to the moderators and they never get responded to. Just my 2 cents after decades on this site.

I think it's because, just like the rest of us, they have to pay the bills.

On topic, ICAST must advertise the latest and realest to grow the business. Anyone remember the latest and greatest ICAST 2022? It’s a business and don’t waste precious time off the water pondering what is new, bass can’t read.

This website needs revamping in the worst way. Add new category's and drop some of the old ones. Restructure and bring the site back to life.

Over moderation is also a killer..... I visit another outdoor forum for over 20 years where it's anything goes.... almost 100% freedom of speech..... only thing that gets blocked are scammers.... it's amazing but the good guys/long time members police the site extremely well. It has thousands of members.... hundreds of posts a day. So many forum owners are worried about liability but it isn't warranted.... there is plenty of case law that indemnifies them but alas.... their house their rules.

This site could be so much better, there are so many fisherman in our area .... I don't know what the answer is.... maybe a bigger presence on social media like instagram or Facebook to get them here? Nobody gives a rats azz about some rule change to the fishing regs in Pennsylvania or some of the other gibberish that gets posted here
