Tokyo rig

Has anyone used the Tokyo rig in delta? I was just cruising tackle sites and saw it. I got excited thinking of the possibilities of flipping the grass edges with braid and a heavy weight on it. Any one have success doing that?

Before the name Tokyo rig a lot of guys have been Punch Shottin the Delta for a long time.
