Glad I put off the rod purchase until Friday. I can’t have the new rocket launcher arrive while the wife is at home . Let’s see I am working on my patio/lawn/walk way and can’t Fish until done??? New Okuma guide select 7’ 11” Heavy/Shimano Curado 300E Coming…Also new in house Dark Trout Big 9 inch STI Pupfish , 3:16 Real Deal , Nate Bait , 3:16 Born again ,….I’m ready when I do go! I am Hopeful that Brock Hiroshima ( great artist , painter http://s639.photobucket.com/albums/uu12 ... =slideshow) and Butch Brown ( he is still pouring fins for these baits ).are going to come through and my Vintage Castaic 2 piece From Ken Huddleston and Chomp circa 89 will be reborn to fish yet a third time …Even if I don’t catch a fish I might just dazzle them into the net with the shear amounts of cash swimming by .

Hey Kelly , Can I borrow some money for more tackle? I have the Okuma 7'6" Ex Hvy and its too heavy. When you get a chance please write a short review of the 7'11" hvy.

It might be a few months in coming but I bought the Heavy instead of Extra because it filled a nitch with all the top waters punker type baits.

I just might have to buy some stuff from the warehouse this week. I too have to make sure it arrives when my girlfriend is not here. It kills me when she gives me "the look" when I spend more money on more tackle. But I just can't stop doing it!

Yeah I don't know what I was drink'n when I tore out 3/4 of the yard...Since I am doing all the work it could be a while. Months??... Yoz you need to get a Clear Lake map to me or I'm just going to tell ya where I caught them...I'll be there Memorial day weekend for my annual senko fest... Our friends in Lakeports son is Graduating from Cal Berkley on Friday so I'll squeeze in a few trips before coming home Tuesday. When does your thing at Clear lake happen John? Yes...Ray John is fishing the Fed. He's just work'n around the clock right now and prolly forgot!!!
