Small Lakes in Elk Grove & Sacramento (Pocket area) Bass

Anyone ever fish the small lakes in Elk Grove, or Pocket? If so, are there some that are better than others, what baits, techniques, areas, times of day have you been successful with. Any suggestion are appreciated.

Also, I have a small 8â€™Bass raider boat if anyone is interested in getting out in doing some fishing over the next couple weeks.

There are a few private ones in Laguna that are pretty good. Just about everything that is public around here has been cleaned out by people who love to eat bass.....
