Re: Lake San Vincente water levels
Frankly, I doubt there will be any motor restrictions, in fact this lake will probably be getting toilet water, if the city has it's way. Colorado River water still flows in here, when they can get it. Over fifteen years ago the city started toying with the toilet to tap scenerio, with a lot of peop...

Don't get your hopes up. The news report the other day said they would be done with the main dam, but they still have to build a saddle dam where the road was. then there is the new road and the ramp and marina to be built. I don't expect to be back out there until at least 2015 at the earliest.

Check out Elton Optics, they are out of Las Vegas and I got a pair of bi-focals made there, in a wrap around style. This was several years ago, but the price was only about $200. even had some problems with lenses, sent them back and had the glasses back in less than a week.

Have seen this done on numerous craft, and like the man said previously, the job is only as good as the prep work. Both of my boats were carpeted, so I haven't done it myself. One boat I was looking to buy, had the nonskid type vinyl on the interior.

Actually this works good in a boat. It's of the same principle of the nonskid you find on naval vessels. Helps to keep you from sliding around on the deck, during rainy periods.

They eat the plankton and other micro organisms that the shad and other baitfish eat, thus wiping out the food chain, thus no more fish.

I tow my TR-19 with the Explorer, V-6 with the tow package. No problems what so ever. A little side sway through the mountains, when heading to the river, from San Diego, but that's due to the short wheelbase.

The Western Classic was held concurrently with the Open. Your draw was for both events, even if you weren't fishing in both events. Some of the guys were only fishing the Classic, and there aaa would be in the Open. You would all go out at the same time, etc.
