I think that may now be a best western. Also there is a Hampton inn in Brentwood. They fill up fast in weekends. If you can find a place to store your boat their are a lot of places on Airbnb too

I personally don't think a lot of them have really spawned, that being said this is entirely dictated by where you are one the delta. But in my case I think with the amount of crappy weather we have gotten the majority of the fish are still on pre spawn patterns.

My son got back from his PSAT College test and wanted to hit the delta in the rain. We didn't launch until about 3pm in a light but steady rain. He caught a 20 lb bag in about 30 minutes all on a 7 inch Kut tail with his best a new PR for the delta at 7-6.

Another option especially if you are buying a used boat is an unsecured loan from lending club. The longes term is 5 years I think and max loan is 35k so that might not work for some borrowers. The int rate is heavily tied to credit rating but the funding is fast especially if you have w2 income

Clearlake state park is great with a small marina and boat launch , swimming area, bathrooms and a few small cabins as well. Not sure about power to recharge your boat though. They don't have power at the campsites. I don't know about the slips at the marina.
