Address for Granite Bay?

Post by rickd »

I’m fishing Folsom this weekend with the SC Bass Busters and need to program the GPS.

Anyone know the closest address for Granite Bay?

The State Recreation Center is located at 7806 Auburn-Folsom Rd (which is actually in Folsom) at the Southwest corner of the lake.

Susie's Country Oaks Cafe is about 3/4 mi from the Granite Bay Entrance.
The address is:
8683 Auburn-Folsom Rd
Granite Bay, Ca.
(cross street of Douglas Blvd)

Hope this helps!

Are you guys going to be up both days, and what ramp are you going out of?
Just trying to miss the crowds if possible. AC is going out of Browns on Sunday.
Dress accordingly, it's suppose to be cold. Pretty sure it will tough again as well, may be not? Good luck.

I know a couple of ramps are closed because of water levels, went to a site.

We’re going to pre-fish Friday, I think if clients don’t call.

Never been there?

What shall I tosss?

Try targeting on the deep water side of the exposed and submerged islands. I was catching them in 20-40 feet recently. It varies according to time of day. As far as what to throw,,,,
drop-shot smaller worm or bastrix -or- dart-head with a 1/8 oz. head and 4.5" worm. Experament with the color and slow down..
Let us know how you did.....

about same as hackney.....just bring some swimbaits also.
6inch worms on d-head work well too.

LOL please man!

I just got a new truck to pull my boat around and have only fished the Delta and Clearlake.

This is my fist trip with my new rig and I'm stoked!

But sure I use this place to get some ideas, that's what it's for!

Peace
