Well it has been quite a week of boat inspections around the Folsom Lake area and it looks like several hundred of you are making plans to keep your boat ready to go there as we explore the new restrictions. We will recap and try to answer some of your questions you may be having about the regulations.
"Pinging a minnow" Do you know what that all means? We are going to hook up with bass fishing prodigy Luke Johns to get all the input on fishing the minnow style baits no matter if you are using Forward facing sonar or blind casting... the baits, jig heads, line, leader,rods and what do you do with the minnow once you make the cast....Luke is going to cover it all.
We are trying to catch up with Carson Leber to talk about Lake Don Pedro as they get ready to try to three-peat the Anglers Press tournament there this weekend. He and Brett have won big contingency money this year and are looking to keep it up. Carson will call us from the launch ramp!
It has been a rough week in the tournament world and we will discuss some of the issues this week that cut a few events short.
