Looking for a place to store boat

Hello, I am looking for a safe and secure place to store my boat. I am looking for a garage, carport or warehouse. I have priced many of the big places and they are just too much. I cant fit it in my garage and I dont have a side yard. I am hoping for 24/7 access and prefer power nearby to charge the batteries. If you can help let me know.
