New 2025 requirements to be added to California Boater's card test ?

Post by hydro »

California Gov Gavin Newsom is proposing adding more stringent requirements to the test for anyone wishing to get the California Boaters Card .

According to Newsom the current test is just not accomplishing it's intended goals .
When queried by a reporter about what this actually means Newsom had no response ?

Here is a link to a video showing the proposed new requirements .

LMAO. 🤣 Look who’s talking. Newsoms intended goals of destroying Ca are the only goals he’s come close to successfully obtaining

I sense people are not getting this post was my attempt at satire .

Because of the crazy things our state government does and what the Governor says to the media I guess it made my post believable?

I came across this video on Utube and the Hornpipe Dance being demonstrated was performed by sailors in the British Navy as a crew exercise for fitness on deck going back hundreds of years . Each dance move was designed to mimic tasks performed by the crew . I thought our bumbling state legislators making laws about things they know nothing about might think this Horn Pipe Dance would be a good requirement for all California boaters to do as well . I will say that if this was a real requirement I would end up fishing from shore for sure .
