Can't some propeller head scientist confirm that a hot wash station and some vinegar kills off all the bugs? They should let us open a 24/7 coin op wash station with 12 bays. The boats gotta be washed prior to launch and includes multi days if ya don't leave and return. ( wake borders, houseboats etc) No need for federal employees to play cop, and we all have a wash pass verification to prove we did the deed prior to launch. I would throw $5 bucks in the boat wash kiosk to get on the water by 5 am and no BLM Ranger critiquing my work. Hell look at the Tuttle town Bathroom in the lot. It took 2 years to bid the roof repairs and then the winning bid was too low . lol
Now again it sits closed with porta shitters and dumpsters. We can do better ourselves,

The golden mussel is not going to destroy every lake in Ca. If they won't stop the delta from being closed because of the problem. Then way close the lakes make no sense. Power washing or not one lake in the motherlode again what are they trying to protect.
Don Pedro open McClure open Tullock open all are central valley lakes are open Eastman Hensley Millerton Pine Flat are all running with no restrictions. And none in site according to lake officials.
Just add another mussel sticker problem solved.
Now just move on.

PM me if you want details on what Whiskey Slough has to offer in regard to dry storage and valet service. Unfortunately for me they don’t have a referral program.

Thank you. Actually I live 5 or so miles away from a couple delta ramps. It’s my home water.

Delta home waters for Golden Mussel it's a shame the delta problem is killing lakes you like to fish.

I'm sure tournament fisherman won't get over it. It's tuff when you pre fish lakes to get ready for a
tournament and they restrict you from fishing anytime you want. There is no way in hell these lake will lose anything to the golden mussels. It just not going to happen just add a mussel sticker and move on.
