Just adding my hassle to the pile here. I ordered an NGL 36v battery in Summer 2022, it worked for a couple of months just fine, I stored it indoors over the winter and the following spring it was bricked. I tested, bought multiple chargers to try to wake it up, consulted a friend that is an electrical engineer specifically working with lithium batteries, he helped test battery with lab grade equipment. The battery was bricked. Naturally, stuff happens, NGL refused to do anything until I shipped the brick back to them in AZ at my expense($100+), weeks after it had arrived in AZ, they still hadn't tested it. I was fed the same BS after a month or so that there was a backorder and I would receive a new battery as soon as they arrived, now I can't even reach them.

Next Gen Lithium, you owe me money, or a battery.
