Got a call yesterday from the former tournament director of WWB stating that if I give him my name and address I would receive a check for tournaments owned!!! Anybody else get this call???

That is correct! It's the best news we've gotten since this all started. Definitely a step in the right direction. Anyone that is owed $$$ needs to text Paul and give him your full name address and amounts owed and from what events.

No one is certain yet how it shakes out as far as percentage of payment so don’t spend that money before you get it

I was also shocked I had to send my info in…. It’s all crazy and a huge bummer for everyone involved. Banjo league stuff right I kind of want some or all of the money I EARNED so I sent it in. Anyone else should do the same. Paul was the TD though and wants to help us if he can as he will most likely be around with the next organization. He’s a legit person who knows what SHOULD be done.
Now….if we could just all get on the same page and have pro-ams and team tournaments with more than 100boats every event we’d have something again on the West. Skeptical we’ll see that in ‘24 and there’s no way to organize the angler base so we’ll just sit back and see what happens and complain about it on the internet…

Why would anybody have to give an affiliate their information to that league. What attorney would ask a rep of the league to gather info. They would have the info themselves brought by a defendant

I feel sorry for all the anglers giving there hard earned money to and org that turn around and go under in a short amount of time they were in business. I'm guessing poor management got to them in the end.
There two ways Wild West can go file chapter 7 or chapter 11 I'm sure they would use and go with chapter 7 to protect themselves from anymore legal action in court. All creditors would be sign off by the court if approved by a judge. In the future. Good luck getting your money back.
