How to remove Minn Kota Maxxum motor for servicing

I have a 2020 Maxxum 70lb trolling motor and I need to take the motor-only in for servicing. How do I remove just the motor without having to unbolt the pedal, cable and power head?

Remove the bowguard from the bracket. two pins. top one has a nut on each side and the bottom one has a keeper in the center part. You will need to untie the rope.
