I have a Powell 723 TI MAX for $220. I'm from Sac. It's posted on here. Willing to ship on your dime. In good condition, NO repairs or damage. Hardly used

Carmichael. I’m in Oakland at least 1-2 times a month. Blue rod a few years old just not used much. Might even let it go for less or for free if someone buys my champion extreme 701 spinning rod for $250 I’ll throw in the Powell and some other cheaper rods as well.
