Capell ramp

Anyone know if capell is open at Berryessa

I called the bureau of reclamation who operates the day use facilities including Capell with no answer and the message has no info for Capell. It should be open with the present water levels making it usable. In the past they wait a few weeks to get the docks in the water and make sure the facilities are good to go. Hopefully soon it’ll be open.

Have noticed with Hennessy in the past that the city of NAPA takes their time with re opening ramps.

That ramp is not open. Probably will need another 4+ feet of water in the lake and readjustment of the dock sitting on the ramp before it’ll be usable. At least the electronic kiosk is still down so you won’t have to pay. Maybe they’ll fix that before reopening?
