Fisherman breaks lake record TWICE in one trip! IN A TOURNAMENT
ABILENE, Texas — An Abilene man broke not one, but two bass fishing records twice in one night.
George Trosper was fishing on Lake Ft. Phantom during a tournament Thursday when he caught two largemouth bass that each weighed over 11 lbs.
The first one weighed 11.03 lbs. The second topped it at a whopping 11.15 lbs.
The previous lake record was 10.54 lbs and was set in 2010, according to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
