Looking at a boat called Nu Legend

Have a chance to grab this boat for a pretty good deal it's a 1998 20V. I did some follow-up research on it but haven't heard too much about it. I know the companies out of business. I was just curious if anybody's ever been in one and do they have flotation. pros cons. Thanks
