cant read tides on navionics platinum? ?

But they show up on lowrance maping when I pull it up on navionics it lets me scroll and change dates but it doesn't show up and down picture of the tide and it always says 0.0 ft all software is up to date

Make sure your map data choice is set to Navionics from Lowrance. I don't use Navionics myself so I don't know what data is on the card.

It would be helpful to have a little more information such as which units to you have, do you have the current software update and how old is your card? With this info I can assist with trouble shooting.

I have hds10 gen 2 and I did update to the latest software 3.0 for gen 2's but still nothing the card I bought less than a year ago as well as the units should I check for a navionics update? Thanks, adam

Make sure that the unit is reading the card. On that unit the tides will show on the letter T on the map in various places on the map. For example I know it shows the tides in the lower right side of Franks Track. It is the brownish box with the letter in it. Click the box and the tides will show.

Yes that is what i do I wish I could figure out how to post pictures on here because I have a screen shot of what it looks like and I know it is reading the card thanks
