I got an email bulletin that the closure list has been pulled back. So Clear Lake SP should still be in operation.

*Edit: here's a link to the announcement:

What do you guys think about getting one of the group sites and opening it up to anybody(from the Rally) to crash there? What do the group sites cost? How many nights are people staying at SP?

Nice dude I like the way your thinking..... the only issue is loading and loading the boat every night and having enough juice at the ramp to feed all those hungry batteries!

JV I will call the park and post my findings by Monday!

I would call up there. I was there a few years back in the winter, there was no one else in the park, and I got hassled about having my boat plugged in. Just a heads up.

Have fun up there. I'll be missing another rally, one of these days.

Hey Jonathan, I didn't make reservations early this year and the park is darn near full. You don't need to call, just go online to make a reservation. If you have room, I'll split the cost for a site with you.
