Need hot tips for Lake McClure

Post by Scoot549 »

New to Bass fishing and trying to be just a good all around fisherman. I recently did a lot of Flyfishing and decided to try Bass fishing. Need hot tips for Lake McClure have had a lot of luck with Senkos but No large fish. One day the Senko bit was slow and I could not get any Bass to bite so I brought out the trusty fly rod and five cast I had five fish on a Clouser. Ever since I have been trying to find a reaction bait that would work the same but no luck on my own. Perhaps I just don't have the right Technique, Lure, Depth or Size. Any tips would be great! Color, Size, how to rig or Technique. Any Stile of fishing as well(jig, crank, swim, worm, etc.)

Thank you in advance for any info!

jerkbaits for sure and also some topwater right now. Spooks and buzzbaits work well there. Staceyee is awesome there at this time of year.
