Motorguide Trolling Motor Mount. power gator mount 24 volt

hi i am looking for someone who can install a power gator 24 volt it's new never used have all wiring and switches. i also have one not working anyone out there that fixes them?

What ever you do, make da## sure there is a circiut breaker at the battery for the power lead.

I know of one Champion that wasn't protected and the cable burned all the way to the front, this was during a Champion Boat owners fish off back East. It was rigged out here in the West.

I have one on my 95 champ and it still works but since I replaced the old Motorguide with a new MG digital 84 it seems to have trouble lifting the motor out of the water especially on a hot day . Sometimes it takes a couple of trys . I don,t know if the new motor is heavier or it's just getting older. The motor will cut off and takes about 30 seconds to reset . If Im up front Ill just give it a slight assist and it's OK.

Track down Tom "pink stuff" Phillips. He rebuilds them and has one on his new 210. (unless he is the one that burned it up)
