Help Buying Bass Boat Cover

Hi All,
I have a 20ft Ranger 395 bass boat. I've been looking around trying to buy a boat cover. I have a carport that leaks a little when it rains, but mainly Im looking for a cover to keep the neighborhood cats out. I don't want to spend $800 for a custom ranger cover, but would be willing to spend around $200. I would not use this cover when towing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

A size E cover from wallymart is only about $90.....
