Guides in West Palm Beach Florida and Okeechobee!

Post by george »

I will be in West Palm Beach in early March for a week and looking to knock out a few bucket list things!
I am going to fish Lake Okeechobee one or two days as well as would like to try my luck at Tarpon fishing if available this time of year.
So I am looking for a bass guide for Okeechobee out of Clewiston, Canal Point or Port Mayuca if anyone here has a buddy or good reference to get me in contact with!
Also any guides out of West Palm Beach area for Tarpon and or Redfish!

Thanks for any contacts or referrals that you send!

For Okeechobee and Tarpon Contact Capt. Cody Davis (954) 871-9976. You can check him out on YouTube at Tight Splice Charters. If you enjoy bass fishing on the Delta you will love a trip with this guy.

There are no redfish in and around West Palm Beach, they are pretty scarce until you get up to about Fort Pierce on the Atlantic side. If you go over to Sanibel on the West Coast of Florida you will have a much better chance for Redfish.

You can catch Peacock Bass just south of West Palm Beach as well as Clown Knifefish in Lake Ida go to FloridaPeacockbass.com, they have no fish no pay policies so its pretty much a guarantee.

I moved back here from NorCal about 3 years ago and the fishing is great for many species.
I would rather jog home from my own Vasectomy than spend Saturday at the mall.
