Fishing Franks Tract (and the delta) for the first time.

Hoping to head to try some delta fishing....I have only fished it once before and that was in someone else's boat. I would like to get into some stripers and LMB if possible. I want to head to Franks tract but I have never been there before and I don't even know how to get there or where to launch from. Been bass fishing awhile, just have no experience on the delta. Any suggestions on where to fish in franks to get onto some fish and get my feet wet in the delta? Thanks.

The best place to launch if you want to fish Franks is out of Russo. As for fishing the track - work around the edges and hit the points. Depending if it is an incoming or outgoing tide fish the side the current is moving into – good luck.
