Delta plan deserves a flush

Commenting on Gov. Brown's Water Guru Jerry Meral's comment that the massive water plan "is not about, and has never been about, saving the Delta. The Delta cannot be saved."

The editor writes:

"...that from the beginning this boondoggle has been a classic water grab with the goal of channeling as much Northern Califronai water as possible to Central Valley's Big Ag and Southern California's urban sprawl."
