Corsair CS300

I have one of the Corsair cs300 and was told the Shimano had a deal that they would take it back in exhange for a reel of like kind? The reel has had little use but I was told they are known have problems... If someone could shed some lite on this for me that would be great.... Thank you...................

We will replace the reel with a new Corvalus model. If you have the silver colored Corsair 300 we will replace it at no charge. If you have the gold colored Corsair A model there will be a $20 charge.
