Capell Cove/Lake Berryessa Launch Boat Launch hours?

The BLM site only shows 7am to dusk hours for the two day use locations...does anyone know what the hours for the Capell Cove ramp are on weekdays?

It says it's closed from Dusk to Dawn but I've never seen the gate closed unless there's no water, and there's plenty.. I've launched well before Dawn and returned well after dark, with no problems...........

Not sure about Cappell but Pleasure coves gate was closed at 7:30 am. Sign showed opening at 8 but some guy came over and let me in. They made me pay 26.00 and change for launch fee. Total BS if you ask me. Make sure you find out what the launch fee is or launch at the free launch

Pulled into Capell 5 am. Not sure about gate closure times.

The gate opens very early at Cappel. Not sure what time they actually close it but usually its pretty late. You have at least one hour after the sun sets to get out of the parking lot. Be careful though, I did get a ticket one time for having my vehicle in the lot too late. Cappel Cove closes at night.
