Hung Ho and Mui Loung found such success as they located an ultra-productive area during pre-fish, that was loaded with big bass ready to eat.
31.74 - for 6 bass was their two-day total, which was anchored by an 8.71 pound monster bass caught on a Spro brand frog.
"We have been chasing a UFC title for 9 years now and you can't begin to understand how much this win means to us", noted Hung as he addressed the large crowd attending Sunday's awards presentation.
For the victory, they received $7,500 dollars in cash!

Tremont and Wayman bring home Amateur division title
In the amateur division, Mike Tremont and Sean Wayman, dominated the field, rocking the scales with a impressive 6-fish limit that went 19.72 pounds!
For the victory they received $1,800 cash!

Dr Pepper/St.Croix Rods - Youth shootout!
Austin Burns won out over 10 other youth participants in the Dr Pepper /St Croix Rods - Youth Shootout with a single big fish that weighed 3.21 pounds using a R2Sea Ish Phat Matt Daddy frog. For the win he received a PREMIUM St. Croix rod, Seviin reel, R2Sea frogs, premium Gamakatsu Frog tackle box, and tons of Dr Pepper swag!

River2Sea wins 4th “Top Frog” Manufactuer's Award
River2Sea USA now has the distinct honor of being the UFC's only 4-time Manufactuer's Award winner, as Travis Huckaby, representing R2Sea, deployed Ish Monroe's signature frog bait - the "Phat Mat Daddy" (black color) to secure the coveted "Top Frog" award for a company that makes a variety of outstanding baits.
Travis made special notation on the performance of the braided line he was using which was FINS Braid - Windtamer - in 65 pound test. "I was amazed at the consistent performance of this line", he noted. Casting was smooth, with no bunching or kinking up at the reel, which allowed me to focus on the frog I was using. I had full confidence that this braided line would perform when it counted", he added.
Travis and partner Brandon Diamond had 21.45 pounds for only 5 fish, which garnered them 7th place and $500 dollars cash, along with a custom trophy to deliver to River2Sea's home office!
Travis Huckaby represented R2Sea's line of topwater frogs and help them capture a 4th Manufactuer's Cup - "Top Frog" award on the strength of Ish Monroe's Phat Mat Daddy frog!
