Well guys I've officially met my Mt. Everest! With my current diagnosis and medical conditions I just don't physically have it in me to finish the ground up restoration on my boat. So I won't be needing the Yamaha 225 SHO Four Stroke that was going on the back of it. I truly tried guys, but it's over, forget it, I'm done!
Here's a few pics for those that are interested:

The retail cost on this motor is almost $22,000, gonna dump it for $16,600 SHIPPED CONUS.
Motor is located in Phoenix, AZ and a forklift is on site and available to help load it if you're close enough to pick it up.
If you need to do a complete conversion from a different motor manufacturer on your boat, say Mercury to Yamaha, then I also have a Brand New set (2) of the Command Link digital combo gauges (New Square style, not the old round ones), Key/start kit with 2 new Yamaha keys, Main wiring harness, and finally a Brand New Yamaha Throttle Control unit with kill switch.
I have everything except the throttle cables that will be specific to your length of boat and the hose that the cables go in from the motor to the hull. This complete set up is available for $1,500. That's less than the retail cost of the gauges.
I also have available a Top of the Line Brand New Custom vented Yamaha SHO motor cover. This is the cover that is meant to leave on the motor while you run. It protects the motor from scratches/dirt/debris while trailering, and especially from when you're fishing in the junk. $150
If you'll also be needing a Hydraulic steering unit, I have that too. Top of the line Heavy Duty SeaStar unit complete with everything including a tilt helm and custom steering wheel. This unit comes with the new hoses that mount directly through the hull, not in your harness. I purchased this as a pull off from a guy that was going with a 300XS Mercury and needed the custom built one that SeaStar does specifically for the monster motors. Excellent condition. $850
Motor: $16,600
Rigging Kit: $1,500
Custom Motor Cover: $150
SeaStar Hydraulic Steering: $850
