BOAT CARPET DECALS QUESTION

got a question on boat carpet decals in time if the decals starts to come off is it hard to remove off the carpet with out making a mess just wondering one of my freinds got one for me and it looks nice like to know before putting on thank you george

My boat was sold as a new boat but had decals from the pro that had it to demo. The decals lasted about a year then started to raise up. I eventually removed the decals and wash the carpet very very good. Now I have what I would call a dirt decal with the spelling of what was on the decal. I would not recommend carpet decals to anyone that plans to keep the boat for the long hall.
