Wow 70 and 80 degree weather 1st pro tournament for BAM and only 28 anglers show up. Very disappointing was it gas prices logging or entry fees keeping them away. Or did some pro anglers couldn't get time off from there jobs or just bad timing for this tournament. I would think there more than 28 pro anglers in CA.and AZ.

Gas prices what that have to do with you fishing a tournament. Your a pro it's your job to keep your sponsors happy and fish to expose there companies and pushing there products.
The name of the game exposer. You cant keep little thing like gas entry fees and lodging and food or a full time job keeping you from fishing if your a pro. BAM is trying to put out a circuit in the west that works for the Pro angler and nobody wants to take advantage of it. What a shame.

Jiggin...you were the one who asked was it gas or lodging etc that kept so many pros from fishing the tourney...the guy was only making a point to your question...Yes...it could've been the sky rocketing price of gas or a host of other things including the fact that it was an invitational only tournament. Not sure how many are on the invite list but maybe 28 was a good showing...dont ask a question and then blast a guy for giving an answer that even you suggested...
