Suntex Marina Investors LLC (Suntex), the premier owner and operator of best-in-class marina properties, announced today that it has acquired two new locations on Don Pedro Lake – Lake Don Pedro Marina and Moccasin Point Marina.
Don Pedro Lake is located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, a two-hour drive from San Francisco. Lake Don Pedro Marina on the western shore of the lake is a full-service facility that can provide everything needed from fuel and fishing tackle to hats, souvenirs and meals for tourists embarking on a houseboat or fishing getaway. The marina includes houseboat rentals – with houseboats ranging from 50- to 70-feet; ski boat, personal watercraft and fishing boat rentals; boat slips and dry storage; a repair shop; and a cafe and convenience store. Moccasin Point Marina is located on the eastern shore of the lake and offers watercraft rentals – including kayaks and paddleboards, slip rentals, limited food and beverage available and a convenience store.
