2006 Yamaha 250 Hpdi $6000 - with boat $7500

2006 Yamaha 250HP - 671 hours. Runs great. Injectors have been cleaned and balanced, new plugs. It was running great when it came off the boat, previous owner upgraded to a 4 stroke. Compression is from 112psi to 120psi. The engine cover is in good shape, I just cleaned, buffed, and waxed it. Has a stainless Fury prop.
Comes with Controls, gauges, wiring, and external oil tank.

The motor is currently on a 1989 Stratos 201 pro. The controls are not hooked to the boat. The boat is in pretty good condition for the age. I am selling the motor for $6000 or the boat, trailer, and motor for $7500.

FYI, the boat has a max HP rating of 235hp
