AZGFD to close fish hatcheries areas during select dates

PHOENIX -- The Arizona Game and Fish Department will close the Page Springs, Canyon Creek and Tonto Creek fish hatcheries to the public during select dates for pavement repairs.
 
These closures are necessary for public safety and to allow for proper curing of the slurry seal.
 
Closure dates are as follows:
 
  • Page Springs Hatchery (Cornville) June 24-28
  • Canyon Creek Hatchery (Payson area) June 27-29
  • Tonto Creek Hatchery (Payson area) June 25-26
