I was at New Melones on Sunday. Water temps ranged from 51 to 53 through out the day and the fish were biting pretty good. Crazy weather that day. I'm not sure if that was the reason for the good bite...

I was at Melones 2 weeks ago and the temps were 53 to 54 during the afternoon. I was hoping that they went up a little. The cold storm i guess.

Ridiculous. I know. Makes perfect sense the economy is in the crapper and they raise prices. Fishing was good though.
