what is never taken into consideration is the fact that tournament weight averages over the course of the year are way above all other lakes listed ! it always takes 20+ # ‘s a day to win on Clear Lake !

let’s say you have a 2021 250 Pro XS ! used motor would sell for $15K with low hours ? a new 2025 motor runs $22K ! sell your motor and buy a brand new one for $2k more than an extended warranty !

speaking from personal experience, I fished teams and pro/ams for the last 30 years ! the cost has skyrocketed to fish ! and personal income hasn’t increased enough on average for a lot of people to continue ! California is not the state to fish tournaments !

you may have received your recall notice 67A in the mail ? it’s for 2013 and newer Ram Diesel trucks 2500/3500 , it boils down to a mandatory emissions system pcm update/flash , it the recall is not performed DMV will not issue you a new yearly registration ! just wondering if anyone has done it yet...

I would get in line the night before because by the time they opened the gate in the morning there would be 60+ boats in line ! it really bugged me how Crupi would cut in line and they would let him be 1st boat in ! ...

there is always a high mortality rate during hot summer tournaments ! even with the 6 hour rule ! they may still be alive after weigh in ? but delayed mortality is obvious when you see dead bass floating the next day !
