Roosevelt

Fanklin D. Roosevelt Lake is located at an elevation of 1289 feet in the Jurisdiction of the National Park Service. It has 79,000 surface acres and 660 miles of shoreline. The lake also has over 35 recreation areas.

The lake has largemouth and smallmouth bass but also features rainbow, brook, cutthroat and dolly varden trout, kokanee and chinook salmon, walleye, lake whitefish and panfish.

There are flucutations in water level and launching can be a problem at times.
