One way is to rig it like a fluke with an EWG hook, weighted or un-weighted. Falcon makes weighted EWG hooks.
I suspect you can also rig it like a tube with an exposed hook depending on where you're gonna fish it...

That must have been awesome seeing that bite for four days. Did you fish in the evenings? Someone from our club also worked the tournament and fished everyday after the tournament for a few hours and after the water had been pounded all day still managed 20 plus every evening.

BTW - I'm the one with the White and Teal ProCraft around the corner from you. My wife stopped and talked to you one day way back when. Seems like every time I see you out front I've got to get myself or the kids to an appointment and I haven't been able to stop and shoot the breeze....

I have to thank Dan O for trusting me and getting me that position to take out Gerald Crawford and Steve Price

with me starting to write for some diff people (also because of Dan O) it was an awesome experience to be with two of the greatest outdoor writers.

but i did get to fish every night and it was no problem passin 20 pounds in 2-3 hours. flippin, swimbaits, rippin, dropshot. the annoying part was figuring out how to get the 5-8 pounders to bite that you could easily see up and cruising all around the place!! my best night i may have broke 28 pounds, but i noticed it get progressively tougher as the week went on up on the north end of the lake. kennedy was almost by himself on the south end throwin those swimbaits, i feel thats why he did so good (less pressured fish)
