A/C Pro-Am payout schedule?

Post by Mike »

I know it was posted here a few weeks ago, but I cant find it. I dont want to start another discussion about pay backs. I just want to see what place I would need to finish in to recover my money. $600 is a lot of money to me, and I need to feel like I can recover it before I can justify spending that kind of $.

Thanks, Mike

With the Pro payout at $138,750 + Boat package and the Pro entry only totaling $90,000, What is the Amatuer payback schedule???
The only sport besides golf that you can only blame yourself !!!

$138,750?? :?: I get $71,050 + the boat. sounds about right. That leves $18,950 to pay for the boat and cost of running the tournament.

Your numbers seem closer to accurate

The other numbers all be it a big number can not be right. He must have that as a total payout or something.

The schedule looks good, payout looks ok and as long as we support it, we should have a great year!

Here are the numbers broken down that way...

Post by Guest »

Pro Sign up = $90,000

Pro Payback = $71,250
Pro Big Fish = $3,000
Boat = $34,000 (Low List Price)
________
TOTAL PAYBACK -- $108,250

90,000 divided by 108,250 == 120% PAYBACK
THAT IS UNHEARD OF!

DON"T FORGET TO ADD IN THE TOC BOAT WHICH COMES FROM THESE ENTRY FEES AS WELL

Add in 1/4 of a TOC BOAT $34,000 Divided by 4 = $8,500 more value

$116, 750 actual payback...
Actual = 129.7% Total Season Payback

The numbers are the numbers! I know its worth my $600 x 4!!!
Now I just have to figure out how to catch fish here in NorCal...

I can't wait! Only about 3 more weeks for the DELTA!

IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T HEARD... NO CERTIFICATES--- Drive your boat home after the event!

Pro's get your deposits in so we can match you with an AM ASAP!!!

I think the turn out

Post by Colebass »

will be great! I'm hearing lots of folks that are going to fish them. I think the drive the boat home is the best think! The certificates and not just on your circuit were becoming a pain (not that I won one!. :D )

See you there!

I hear that.. I am hoping I need to hire a driver! Certs are more of a pain for Mendez than anyone! Its just an open door for Rumors. So we put that to rest in a big way! The north is good about that though, in the south its much worse on rumors and people trying to stir stuff up!

I will see you there for sure!

Don't kid yourself!

They can stir it up here too! It doesn't matter, we're bass fisherman, it's like putting a bunch of ladies together and watching them go!

I won't say I haven't gotten in on it a few times myself. I just try and be a careful as possible.

I've got to get to bed. That alarm at 0500 will be soon enough.

AM Payback?

Post by TheFLY »

Great post Tom. Thanks for the data. I look forward to fishing all 4 events. Just out of curiousity ... what is the AM payback? I know it has to be less. Those are great Pro numbers.
